Protecting your personal data is important to us. EverTie was developed to protect your privacy as much as possible.
Data Controller
Data Processing Principles
EverTie only processes personal data to the extent necessary to provide app functionality. We only collect data that you enter in the app yourself.
Your wedding data belongs to you. We have no access to the content you store in EverTie.
No Account Required
You can use EverTie without registration. No email address, password, or personal information is required for sign-up.
Local Data Storage
All data you enter in EverTie is primarily stored locally on your device. This means:
- Your data only leaves your device if you enable iCloud sync
- You maintain full control over your information
- You can delete your data at any time in the app
iCloud Synchronization
If you have iCloud sync enabled on your device, EverTie can sync your data via Apple CloudKit:
- Data transfer is encrypted
- Data is stored in your personal iCloud storage
- As developers, we have no access to your data stored in iCloud
Using iCloud is optional. For more information, see the Apple Privacy Policy.
No Advertising & No Tracking
EverTie does not display ads. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services. Your data is never sold.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction (Art. 18 GDPR)

Since your data is stored locally on your device, you can view, export, or delete it directly in the app.
